The first release in the new year Severcart version 0.8.1 applications

The application is used to track the movement and accounting of consumables for printing equipment. The development is carried out in the Python 3 language using the Django framework and database PostgreSQL. The source code is licensed under the GPLv2.
Key changes in the new release:
- Added the ability to monitor the used consumable items in the "Maintenance / Monitoring" section.
The new feature is implemented in the form of individual sensors that monitor the amount of usable supplies in stock. The user name and determines the threshold level at which the sensor will take the green or red. Also, at its discretion, there is a possibility of the sensor display on the main page.
Improved ability to work with comments for each individual consumables. Now, each object can store a list of text entries, displayed in chronological order, with the user name display, leave a comment.
It is important for users to be finalized report ("Reference / Reports / Customers"). When forming report application provides more detailed information on ink cartridges used by the user. For each user a separate table is generated displaying the number of debit consumables for a certain period, as well as specific information public rooms, when and what was spent cartridges. Also, leaving the possibility to unload the report in a separate CSV file for further work in the spreadsheet application.
- In the section "Installed" button added to "Report this transfer." It allows you to programmatically return the object passed to the use of consumables back to the warehouse, updating the list of usable. In this case there is no statistical distortion when generating reports.
- Fixed bugs.
- Improved localization for the Russian and English languages.
